The fundraising for Florence gets started!

Port Edgar Dragons held a bake sale at Sky TV in Livingston and managed to raise an amazing £520 which will be generously matched by Sky through their fund matching scheme. It was a fantastic day and everyone was so generous in donating to our charity, we were overwhelmed by it all and pretty tired after all the baking. It is a great start to our fundraising to cover the cost of around £16,000 needed to send a team of breast cancer survivors and supporters to the International Breast Cancer Paddlers Commission (IBCPC) dragon boat festival. We would like to give a big Thank You to Sky for hosting our bake sale and to Gary Fraser for organising it all. Also a big Thank You to Katie Wilkinson from Waitrose at Morningside for their kind donation of ingredients, it was very much appreciated.
